The final terms should identify the legal provider, governing law, eligibility and acceptable use, intellectual-property rights, service availability, payment terms where relevant, warranty and liability boundaries, termination, and the process for changing the terms.
Marketplace products
Apps distributed through a third-party marketplace may also be governed by that marketplace’s agreement and provider-specific terms. The final documents must state their order of precedence clearly.
